Early on, we met a US engineering partner who had been burned. A supplier sent good samples, but the bulk order was filled with cheaper components — different LEDs, lower quality. The screens failed. The supplier refused to take responsibility.
They came to us looking for something different: honesty.
We gave them a sample. Same as bulk. We told them: what you approve is what you get. No switching. No shortcuts.
That was our first long-term client. Over 10 years, we’ve done different models for them.
