A: No strict MOQ. We work with projects of all sizes.

A: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. T/T, PayPal, Payoneer.

Q4: Do you ship to my country?
A: We specialize in the US, but ship worldwide.

Q5: How do you handle warranty claims?
A: Ship replacement parts immediately. If it’s our fault, we cover it.

Q6: Can I get test reports before shipment?
A: Yes. Photos, videos, factory test reports.

Q7: Can I mix different batches of the same module?
A: Not recommended. Different batches may have minor variation in brightness and color. We recommend ordering all modules for your project at once, plus 5-10% spares from the same batch for future repairs.

Q8: What about COB? Is that the future?
A: COB is great for indoor fine-pitch displays (P1.2-P1.9). For outdoor, SMD is still the right choice for brightness and cost. We can source COB for indoor projects — send us your specs.
